No Returns or Refunds All sales are final. Due to the delicate nature of our products (perishable goods/beverages), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been delivered. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.serouxeroyale@gmail.com. You must include a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement.
