There, a close collaboration began with a renowned family-owned champagne house, crafting champagne by hand for generations, with patience, tradition, and pride.

Days were spent exploring vineyards, tasting, comparing, and carefully selecting. All with one goal: to create a champagne that remains true to its roots, yet speaks to the spirit of today.
