The journey led to the heart of the Champagne region: Pierry, a charming village beside Épernay, where champagne is not just a product, but a heritage.  

Here, a close collaboration began with a renowned family-owned champagne house, where every bottle is crafted by hand, generation after generation, with patience, tradition, and pride. Each grape is carefully tended across their 8 hectares of vineyards, ensuring the highest quality from vine to glass.  

Passion for the craft runs through every step of the process. From hand-harvesting the grapes to blending and aging, the focus is always on creating champagnes that are elegant, refined, and expressive of the terroir. This is a house where wine-making is not merely a profession, but a labor of love, rooted in family tradition and a deep respect for nature.
